7.      STEP FIVE: IMPLEMENTATION, REVIEW AND EVALUATION 

The final step is to implement your career plans, monitor progress toward completing the scheduled activities for review and evaluation.  These results can be used to determine the need for further activities or to assess the effectiveness of the activities completed (Figure 7.1).
